SARBANES OXLEY

In order to comply consistently with the declaratory about internal control effectiveness outlined by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act Law (SOX), and to facilitate its process; Yaxkin Consulting has developed the basic service structure to evaluate and implement internal controls, previous evaluation of the main business risks.

We offer consistent knowledge about the required methodology and regarding the optimum alignment of internal control structures, based on “COSO” model.
